    🔄 Can I change or upgrade my plan later?

    Yes, you can upgrade or switch plans anytime. Just let us know, and we’ll adjust your subscription from the next billing cycle.

    ⏰ What are the late fees?

    We don't charge late fees to the active subscribers.

    📚 What to do if I don’t find a book I need in your catalogue?

    If you don’t see a book in our catalogue, you can raise a request through WhatsApp or Instagram. We’ll try to arrange it for you, depending on availability. We do reserve the right to determine on what stays on shelf.

    📖 How many books can I keep at a time?

    The number of books you can borrow at once depends on your chosen plan. Check the subscription details for your plan to see the limit.

    📕 Can I buy a book instead of renting?

    Yes, we also sell books! As a subscriber, you get a special discount of 5–30% on purchases. Just let us know the title you’re interested in, and we’ll confirm availability and price for you.

    📦 How to raise a request or return request?

    You can raise a request for a new book or initiate a return by contacting us via WhatsApp or filling the request form. Our team will arrange pickup or delivery.

    ⏳ What are the delivery timelines once I raise a request?

    We usually deliver within 48–72 hours (2–3 business days) after you place your request. Our team will keep you updated on the delivery status.

    🚚 What if I need extra delivery?

    Once you exhaust the free deliveries included in your plan, a delivery charge will be applied for additional deliveries at cost based on the distance. You can also choose to self-pickup from our library to avoid extra charges.

    💳 What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept UPI, bank transfer, and cash payments. Details will be shared with you when you subscribe or renew your plan.

    📍 Where is your library located?

    We are based in Bangalore. Exact pickup address will be shared with you when you choose the self-pickup option.
